Introduction:
I had no prior plan to write a book, but during my long working life as an HR professional, while performing various duties, facing various interviews and taking interviews myself, I have learned, realized and studied various things related to the subject. When new things come up, I have noted them and studied them in detail. I have interviewed more than thousands of candidates in my working life. While taking interviews, I have found various weaknesses of the candidates in the related subjects. I have written this book from my own experience to alleviate some of that weakness on the subject for HR professionals, students and job seekers alike. Since it is not a literature, story or novel, I had to take information from various sources along with my own experience & own basic knowledge in writing the book.
I have faced many challenges in my long working life, got stuck in many times at many points but I did not stop, I moved forward from there. Need to be confident, need to be learner and need to follow your mentor & superior.
I can say in the light of my personal experience during this long journey that there is no alternative to study and learning in addition to your work. When and where you get stuck in any matter, you have to take lesson and learning from those. In this way you can enrich yourself gradually. If you don't know basic HR, it's not possible to do well in job interview and not possible to move forward after entering a new job. I hope the topics in this book will be useful to everyone.
