In an era marked by technological advancement, our society is witnessing a decline in values which is the core of humanity. However, it is evident that values, knowledge and academic excellence are interconnected and the integration of values in education is crucial. ‘The Quest 1.0: Values for Life’ advocates the integration of values into both life and education. By inspiring the future generations to uphold values, this book promises to enhance societal well-being. The contents in this book are primarily academic articles and research papers that have been written at different times during graduate (MA) and post-graduate (Ph. D.) studies. Those articles and research papers have been refined and presented in this book for readers who are interested in understanding leadership concepts. I am grateful to the teachers at the School of Education at the University of Portland, Oregon, and the Dreeben School of Education at the University of Incarnate Word, Texas, who encouraged and guided me in writing these papers. A few articles have been published in different journals and magazines. Several people and professionals have read these write-ups and assisted in furnishing the articles for publishing.
