Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

pbs.com.bd offers a return policy for its customers to make them happy. Generally we don’t supply wrong products to our customers, but sometimes things don't go the way we want. To make customers delighted we will return their books or products only if something goes wrong (Torn, Lost Pages, Wrong book / Product, etc.) as well. In that case, we will offer you new products in return:

  • If claimed within 03 days from the date of delivery.
  • All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging complete and must not be broken or tampered with.
  • Refunds/Product Returns are subject to review by our team.
  • Damages due to negligence, misuse or digital content such as e-books will not be covered under our refund policy.
  • Replacement depends on the availability of the stock and the supplier. If the product is not available in stock, in that case you may receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that Cash on Delivery and shipping charges will not be included in your refund amount as this is a non-refundable cost.
  • If the item comes with free promotional items (including but not limited to gifts/points/wallet) the free item should also be returned or and refunded.

Reasons for Reinstatement and Replacement:
  • If product is faulty/damaged or defective/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the appropriate recovery window. Your product may be eligible for a refund or refund depending on the product category and status. Please see the detailed terms in the appropriate section below.
  • You must claim a product return within 3 days. Sorry, refund is not possible after the 3-day limit. You can reach our team for more questions at support@pbs.com.bd
  • Please note that pbs.com.bd is not obliged to refund the user's payment until the product status has changed to “Returned” or "Refunded".

The way of Return:
  • Contact our Customer Care team by calling 01790331133 or email support@pbs.com.bd within 03 days of receiving your order.
  • There are two ways to return or for any replacement of any products to us. In Dhaka City, we may collect the product by our team. But outside of Dhaka City, you must send the product yourself to our office address.
  • When we collect or receive a product against your refund request, we will review the product at our standard and if the refund is invalid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will continue to refund.

Policy for Refunding:
  • The refund will be processed after completion of your refund scrutiny.
  • Replacement depends on the availability of the stock and the Supplier. Once the product scrutiny is finished, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that Cash on Delivery and shipping charges will not be included in your refund amount as this is a non-refundable cost.
  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you will not be refunded for not paying for your order.
  • For payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund individually.
  • If online payment is made twice or more due to a technical error, you will be refunded.
  • You will receive a refund at any time between 7-10 business days. If you do not receive a refund at this time, please email us at support@pbs.com.bd and we will investigate the issue.
